The too familiar complaints against builders are (1) Poor quality workman ship (2) Work not completed on time (3) Final cost of work exceeds the quotation. We only employ qualified trade who are masters within their profession. We always provide all of our customers with a written quotation and a schedule of works. This avoids mis understanding and the opportunity for scrupulous builders to charge clients more money.
